Completely new tooling for the class 56!
The class 56 is being brought up to the level of detail, smooth running and train pulling capabilities demonstarted by Hornby's recent new diesel locomotive models. The tooling design allows for any bodyshell variation to be manufacturerd, correctly modelling locomotives built by different works and later alterations.
This model is supplied for analogue DC control, with a DCC decoder socket. 56013 was one of the first batch of class 56 locomotives built by Electroputere in Romania.
