A superb O gauge model of the Brush type 4 or BR class 47 diesel electric locomotive. The highly detailed bodyshell conceals a heavy diecast chassis. Each bogie has a motors and flywheel fitted providing plenty of power for this 47. An internal circuit board controls directional LED lighting and the motor driving the roof-mounted radiator cooling fans.

This model is painted in the corporate era blue livery, as carried by the class through the 1970's and 80's. The double arrow logo has been applied next to the bodyside door, but no number has been applied, allowing you to select your own!
