Peco Streamline code 55 track is designed to provide a lower rail section appearance, closer to a scale sized rail. A special rail section has been used, with part of the rail set into the sleepers, maintaining the strength and durability of the rail. The rail will also connect directly code 80 trackwork using the same rail joiners. SL300F features a flexible moulded sleeper base representing the wood sleepers.

An impressive piece of trackwork which incoporates four turnouts and a crossing. The scissors crossover allowed trains from either track to cross to the other track and was often found at the entry to terminus stations, allowing trains to access platforms on both sides of a double track line and be routed onto the correct track on departure. This can be difficult to assemble from individual track components, so this preassembled crossover is a great help!
