The basic wall materials for these kits are supplied in the form of solid panels, allowing you to cut door and window openings where you want. Plans in the form of cutting sheets are supplied to aid with the size and alignment of window and door openings. The plans can easily be altered to match your site plan. These model kits are more complex to construct than ready moulded kits, but being provided with cutting plans these kits are an easy way to gain experience of scratchbuilding techniques.
