The Fleet Lighter is a function only decoder designed to provide DCC control of train lighting. Using the locking features of the TCS decoders the same address as another decoder (eg. a power car motor decoder). Using Fleet Lighter decoders lighting, including head and tail lights, in the unpowered cab cars can be controlled without having to run wires through the entire train!
