Powerful decoders suitable for the largest and most power hungry locomotives with a huge range of additional functionality to simulate the operation of a real locomotive. TCS decoders feature Dither functionality for even slower slow speed control and quiet drive for smoother motor running. Function controls allow for lights to flash (beacons etc.) dim (like headlights), and flicker (firebox effects). A data sheet is supplied with each decoder which has space to record details of the locomotive the decoder is fitted to and the CV settings used.

The Fleet Lighter is a function only decoder designed to provide DCC control of train lighting. Using the locking features of the TCS decoders the same address as another decoder (eg. a power car motor decoder). Very useful for fixed formation trains, like Virgin Voyagers, with a central motor car and unpowered cab ends. Using Fleet Lighter decoders lighting, including head and tail lights, in the unpowered cab cars can be controlled without having to run wires through the entire train!
