A new version of the superb Graham Farish 102-tonne bogie coal hopper wagon model. These wagons have generally replaced the HAA hoppers of the 1960s in power station coal service. This new EWS version carries a different number, ideal for expanding your coal train.
The model is accurately detailed with panelling, hoppers and operating mechanism all well represented.
Frequently hauled by the companys class 66 locomotives these wagons normally run in block trains hauling coal from mines or ports to power stations. In model form a train of just a few of these large wagons is quite effective. | |
