A superb model of the BR OBA design long-wheelbase open wagon. Fitted with distinctive high ends these wagons allowed freight to be moved at much higher speeds. The air brake service Speedlink Distribution network supplied rail goods service able to compete with road haulage. A group of these wagons were sold to Plasmor for transport of concrete breeze blocks. The extended height ends allow a higher load to be carried safely.
