The HYA bogie coal hopper has steadily replaced the 2-axle HAA hoppers on power station coal trains.
This wagon is painted in the livery of GB Railfreight. An alternative numbered model will also be available.
Normally operated as a block train behind a class 66 locomotive these hoppers run between coal mines or ports with coal import facilities to the major coal fired power stations across Great Britain. | |
