One of the most common types of engineers ballast hopper, a notoriously difficult type of wagon to model. Dapol have succeeded in recreating the detailed design features of the wagon with fine handrails, hopper control wheels, shafts and even gearboxes represented. The hopper interior is clear and includes the bottom stiffening ribs, while weight is added between the hopper side chutes. Painted in the original plain black engineering wagons scheme with clearly printed boxed white lettering.
