Hornby have reused older tooling for the Gresley A3 class pacific to produce this budget priced model of the famous LNER locomotive 4472 Flying Scotsman. The motor is mounted inside the boiler, driving the locomotive driving wheels while the tender has been ditted with pickups for reliable power collection. The model is completed with sprung buffers and separate tender handrails.
