Another BR liveried Q1, 33002 modelled in BR black with the later style crest, expected during the summer 2008.
These locomotives have the motor mounted in the tender with a drive shaft powering the locomotive wheels. This has proved to be an excellent arrangement, allowing maximum weight to be applied over the driving wheels while accomodating a powerful and smooth running skew-wound motor into the model.
