This kit is inspired by a once extensive mill based in the heart of Derbyshire. Built in the early 1800's, it was originally occupied by a manufacturer of knitting machinery. Today, it's home to a variety of small businesses.
Aside from the finely detailed textures, there are several eye-catching features to this kit. The multi-layered construction adds depth to the build, particularly around the window apertures. In addition, the multi-layered approach ensures the interior is kept neat, enabling modellers to add internal furnishings. More subtle details include opening doors, floor to ceiling windows, trussing and timber-style flooring on all floors.
Overall, the Textile Mill is ideal for creating both heritage and modern image industrial scenes. The kit is part of a three piece collection that includes the ATD007 Textile Workshop and ATD008 Boiler House.

A modern era single-track locomotive maintenance shed, inspired by a depot built in the 1960s in East Anglia.
Just like the other fantastic kits in this range, this kit features printed glazing, printed walling and metal work details as well as the standard interior detailing.

The TMD Mess Hut and Store is inspired by a pair of unique 20th Century buildings located track side of a well-known freight yard in the East Midlands. This kit features white printed glazing and comes supplied with 3 door options as standard. Although based on a TMD building, the finished kit would not look out of place in a variety of other industrial settings including, but not limited to, a Fire Station, Bus Station or even admin or office buildings in a school.
