Dapol OO Wyken and Craven 5-Plank Wagon - Antics Limited Edition (ANT016)

Antics Limited Edition
Detailed model of a 5-plank open merchandise wagon built for Wyken and Craven, a small collery north of Coventry on the LNWR line to Nuneaton. The wagon has a removable coal load and is fitted with metal wheels for smooth running.

Antics now has a branch in Coventry and this is the first of a planned series of specially commissioned local wagons.

Wyken was one of three small colleries to be found north of Coventry, connected to the LNWR Coventry to Nuneaton line. This limited edition is based on a photograph to be found in `Private Owner wagons by Keith Turton and published by Lightmoor press, for which we thank them.
