63601 is the sole preserved member of the type, part of the National Railway Museum collection. This model carries the BR black livery with the later lion and wheel crest.

Following from the highly successful relesae of two 'Coronation' locomotives named after British Commonwealth countries the remaining two (both preserved) are scheduled for 2010 release.
60009 Union of South Africa is probably best known today for its' stunning career after withdraw from BR service. Entrusted with the last scheduled steam hauled departure from Kings Cross in 1964 'number 9' was was withdrawn and purchased for preservation by John Cameron in 1966. Following the end of the BR 'steam ban' 60009 returned to the mainline and has been hauling excursion trains regularly for over 30 years. The locomotive has now been active 'preserved' for longer than she was 'in service'!

Following from the highly successful relesae of two 'Coronation' locomotives named after British Commonwealth countries the remaining two (both preserved) are scheduled for 2010 release. 60010 Dominion od Canada was named for the introduction of the Coronation service, one of four dedicated locomotives. Prior to the official naming the Canadian Pacific Railway provided a whistle and bell for the locomotive to their standard pattern. One of very few British locomotives to carry these North American fitings in service. Withdrawn from service in 1965 Dominion of Canada was cosmetically restored and presented to the Canadian Railroad Historical Society. Placed in the Canadian Railway Museum the locomotive is cared for by a dedicated group of volunteers.
