New model announced 2008
To commemorate 40 years since the end of regular steam traction on British Railways Bachmann are producing a reange of special weathered models, representing some of the last locomotives in service.

Superbly detailed model of the Ivatt class 4 (4MT)mogul with removable tender coal load and optional cab side doors. The external pipework and handrails are separately fitted parts and blackened side rods and valve gear provide a very fine appearance.
43096 was built new with a single chimney and carries BR lined black mixed traffic livery with the later lion holding wheel emblem.
